I appreciated the helpful reception staff. They arranged taxis and accommodated my mother's needs by switching her room! The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was powerful. The buffet food tasted fresh and was served hot, i really liked that.
the gym could have been a little larger. But this is a minor point.

The breakfast selection included a good variety of options, such as pastries, fresh fruit, sausages, eggs, and tomatoes. The restaurant was well-organized, so guests never had to wait for crockery or glasses. It was great.

The hotel provides nice rooms. My double or twin room featured a lovely balcony! The balcony offered ample space and comfortable seating, i appreciate that! It allowed for relaxation and enjoying the surrounding views.

the room had a comfortable bed. it was decent after a long day.
The noise was excessive. I could hear doors slamming constantly. breakfast lacked variety. I found the selection quite limited. i didn't sleep well because of the disruptions.

the spa was fantastic!!! i really enjoyed the double or twin room spa access i booked. the beds were super comfortable and i slept so well.

The outdoor pool area was beautiful. Staff members were helpful. They were REALLY GREAT. Breakfast included many choices. I had nice views of the lagoon, so i could enjoy the sunset. I asked for a high floor, and i was able to check in early since my room was ready.
The air conditioning was seasonal. It did not reflect the outside temperatures at the time. The room was hot during the night. It was not ideal.

Staff was cute and attended quickly to requests. Restaurant personnel were polite and efficient during meals. The reception team provided assistance and information promptly. They were helpful with directions.

The reception staff was very cute upon our arrival. A complimentary glass of bubbly awaited us in the bar. Our room was spacious and clean with a queen size bed. We enjoyed wonderful views of the Mar Menor from our Double or Twin Room. The restaurant staff was attentive, especially when they prepared vegetarian options for us.
The gym equipment was very limited.

the hotel was very clean. staff were friendly. the restaurant was well organized. (i didn't wait for crockery or glasses.) the food was varied and had something for everyone.
the area is quiet. there were no beach bars or restaurants nearby. the strip did not have much on it either. however, this is a preference.
